Key Role:

Key Skills & Experience:

Electrical Engineering: 1 year (preferred)

· Candidates must have previous experience as a field-based engineer – Minimum 2 years.

· Experience on Konica Minolta, Develop, Kyocera devices preferred – desktop to production.

· You must be enthusiastic, polite, mechanically and IT literate, organised, and have excellent customer communication skills.

· Problem-solving and identifying faults on mechanical equipment in addition to IT issues, is an essential skill for this role.

· You must be able to work as part of a successful team

Key Role:

We are recruiting an installation engineer to deliver and install AV equipment. We’re looking for a highly organised and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday, while prioritising the most important tasks on his/her list.

The role will primarily involve the installation of AV equipment to a range of different surfaces, walls, and brackets. You will also be involved in the installation and delivery of Reprographics equipment.

Key Role:

We are recruiting an IT support engineer/trainee engineer to work from our Head Office in Bolton. We’re looking for a highly organised and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday while prioritising the most important tasks on his/her list.

. Working as part of a small team of IT support engineers

· Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

· Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

· Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits

· Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue

· Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

· Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

· Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

· Ensure all issues are properly logged

· Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time

· Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

· Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Key Skills & Experience:

IT Support: 1 year (preferred)

· Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role (completed college IT course also considered)

· Hands-on experience with Windows

· Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

· Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

Key Role:

After an excellent start to the year, we are looking to recruit a new role into the business to look after our key clients on a regular basis. This will entail managing our clients both to maintain existing relationships and cross sell our range of services to increase sales. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of our key accounts
  • Acting as the first point of contact for these clients, building strong relationships
  • Undertake the on-boarding process for new clients, leading communication

  • In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. It would be ideal if you have previous experience in the technology industry in a Customer Service type role and are looking for the next step in your career, but we are also interested in speaking with you if you have a background in travel, hospitality or any other customer facing role.
