Key Role:
Taking incoming calls, emails, and web enquiries from customers
Stock ordering and management
Dealing with customer queries
Coordinating office activities
Systems/data input onto DMS' bespoke system
Liaising with DMS' team of engineers and allocating the jobs where necessary
Key Skills & Experience:
· Good knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams
· Efficient and organised with great communication skills
· A confident and adaptable team player who enjoys taking on responsibility
· Ability to work as part of a team and take direction where necessary
- Training on DMS' bespoke service system will be provided.
